Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)
You will be picked up at Noi Bai International Airport by our guide then transferred to hotel for check in. Welcome dinner. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
 
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour – Halong Bay (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, start your city tour with the Temple of Literature – Vietnam's first university established in 1076, the Hanoi Old Citadel, Hoa Lo Prison Museum and the famous Old Quarter. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Halong Bay. Check in hotel upon arrival. Stay overnight in Halong.
 
Day 3: Halong Bay – Flight to Hue (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the harbor to take a boat trip to Halong Bay, a World Heritage site recognized by UNESCO, to visit Thien Cung Grotto, Dau Go Cave, Ga Troi Islet etc. Lunch with seafood will be served on board. After disembarkation, you will be transferred to the airport for a flight to Hue. Between 1802 and 1945 Hue was the imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty. Hue is well known for its historic monuments, which have earned it a place in UNESCO's World Heritage Sites. The seat of the Nguyen emperors was the Citadel, which occupies a large, walled area on the north side of the Perfume River. Inside the citadel was a forbidden city where only the emperors, concubines, and those close enough to them were granted access. Check in hotel upon arrival in Hue. Stay overnight in Hue.
 
Day 4: Hue City Tour (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Thien Mu Pagoda and discover the Imperial citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. In the afternoon, you will visit the elaborate tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh and Tu Duc. Take a stop at local families to learn how Vietnam’s famous traditional conical hats (also called “poem hat”) and colorful incense sticks are made. You may enjoy our Imperial traditional music on dragon boat cruising on Perfume River (optional). Stay overnight in Hue.
 
Day 5: Hue – Danang – Hoian (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave Hue for Danang, a big seaport in central Vietnam. Take a break for swimming at Lang Co beach. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. After lunch, you will take a city tour of Danang and vist Cham Museum, housing the world’s finest collection of Cham artwork, the Marble Mountains and head on to Hoian. Hoian, also Faifoo, is a city on the coast of the East Sea in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. It is located in Quang Nam Province and is home to approximately 120,000 inhabitants. It is recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Hoian Ancient Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site. Check in hotel upon arrival. Stay overnight in Hoian.
 
Day 6: Hoian Walking Tour (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will take a walking tour to visit the ancient town (The World Cultural Heritage), the ancient merchants’ houses, Hokkien temple, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. Stay overnight in Hoian.
 
Day 7: Hoian – Danang – Flight to Nha Trang (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be free until transferred to Danang Airport for a flight to Nha Trang. Nha Trang is well known for its beaches and scuba diving and has developed into a popular destination attracting large numbers of international tourists, as well as more affluent travellers on the Southeast Asia circuit; it is already very popular with Vietnamese tourists, with Nha Trang Bay widely considered as among the world's most beautiful bays. Break the journey at Phan Rang to visit the 13th century Po Klong Jarai Cham Towers perched high on a rocky hill surrounded by prickly pear cacti. Upon arrival in Nha Trang, you will be transferred to hotel for check in. Free at your own leisure. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
 
 
Day 8: Nha Trang (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will move to the harbor for a boat cruise to Nha Trang Bay then back to Nha Trang to visit the Oceanic Museum. After lunch you will take a city tour of Nha Trang, Dam Market, the Ponagar Tower and hot spring bathing. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
 
Day 9: Nha Trang – Flight to Saigon (B)
Free at your own leisure until time to move to the airport for flight to Saigon. Upon arrival in Saigon, check in hotel. Stay overnight in Saigon.
 
Day 10: Saigon – City Tour – Cu Chi (B/L)
After breakfast, you will take a city tour to visit the former Presidential Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon Post Office, then take a stop at lacquer-ware workplace before heading to Chinatown, Binh Tay market. After lunch you will be transferred to the extraordinary Cu Chi tunnels. During the war for independence, Viet Cong guerrillas built the labyrinth of narrow tunnels virtually underneath U.S. bases, using them to hide during bombing raids and to stage surprise attacks. On the way, you have chance to see rural people live and work, view occupations such as cashew nut farming, duck breeding, rice farming and production of rice paper, a key ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine. Then drive back to Saigon for dinner. Stay overnight in Saigon.
 
Day 11: Saigon Departure (B)
After breakfast, leisure until transferred to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for flight back home sweet home.
