Day 1: Arrival Hanoi (D)
You will be picked up at Noi Bai International airport and transferred to Hanoi City. Check in hotel. Dinner and stay overnight in Hanoi.
 
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour – Night Train to Lao Cai (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, start your city tour with the Temple of Literature – Vietnam's first university established in 1076, the Hanoi Old Citadel. In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Ethnology, the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, the famous Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and enjoy your dinner before transferred to the station for a night train to Lao Cai. Stay overnight on train.
 
Day 3: Lao Cai – Sapa (B/L)
Train arrives at Lao Cai Railway Station around 6.00am, transferred to Sapa. After a short rest, you’ll take a short trek to Cat Cat village of H'mong tribe in the valley which remains untouched by the modern life. Excellent views of the valley, the magnificent limestone and paddy fields of H'mong village. Enjoy some visits to local families and reach their customs. After the village down into the valley, the Cat Cat waterfall will be visible. A "White curtain "cascade appears, surrounded by flowery valley and deep-green pines. The rocks near the river and waterfall provide a marvelous place for picturesque photos and sunbathing during good weather. Rest of the day is free for you to discover Sapa and see the ethnic people activities and life in Sapa. Stay overnight in Sapa.
 
Day 4: Sapa – Train to Hanoi (B)
You will be free to explore Sapa in the morning. In the afternoon, you will take a visit Ta Phin (Red Dao and Black Mong tribes) village for 1-2 hours. You will visit a local house of Red Dao people where you have the opportunity to share cultural experiences with the families that live in the area. Then you will be transferred to Lao Cai for night train to Hanoi. Stay overnight on train.
 
Day 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to a hotel for a short shower then have breakfast. Then you’ll be transferred to Halong city. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed aboard a junk with a complimentary drink and check in your cabin. A seafood lunch will be served and cruise on Halong Bay to visit the famous karsts including Mat Qui (Monsters' face) islet, But Moc islet, and Cap De islet, as well as Trong (Drum) and Trinh Nu caves and a floating fishing village for insight into a unique way of life. Explore Luon cave with plenty of time for swimming and sun bathing. Enjoy a beautiful sunset dinner and relax under the starlit sky before retiring to the comfort of your cabin. Stay overnight on board in the Bay.
 
Day 6: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)
Early risers can enjoy a morning view of Halong Bay's landscapes with a cup of tea or coffee and fresh fruit. From the upper deck of the junk you will be amazed at the breathtaking beauty of the rocky islands rising up from the crystal-clear water. Explore the Sung Sot (Amazing) cave for an hour, then swim and relax at Titop beach before cruising back to the mainland at 9.30am while enjoying a brunch buffet from 10.30am to 11.30am. Return to in the harbor around noon then drive back to Hanoi, arriving around 4.00pm. Free to relax. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
 
Day 7: Hanoi – Dong Hoi (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave Hanoi for Dong Hoi - a city in north central Vietnam. Lunch will be at a restaurant. Upon arrival in Dong Hoi, check in hotel. Stay overnight in Dong Hoi.
 
Day 8: Dong Hoi – Phong Nha Grotto – Hue (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have chance to visit Phong Nha Grotto - a World Natural Heritage site with surprising sceneries. After lunch, you will move to Hue. On the way, you can visit the former border front (the 17th parallel) between North and South Vietnam before 1975. Upon arrival in Hue, check in hotel. Stay overnight in Hue.
 
Day 9: Hue (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the seven-story Thien Mu pagoda by Huong River and the Imperial Citadel. In the afternoon, you will visit the elaborate tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh and Tu Duc. Stop on the way at local families to learn how Vietnam’s famous traditional conical hats (also called “poem hat”) and colorful incense sticks are made. Stay overnight in Hue.
 
Day 10: Hue – Danang – Hoian (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave Hue for Danang. Take a stop at Lang Co beach where you can swim and enjoy the beauty of mountains and beach. Then take your lunch. Upon arrival in Danang you will visit the Cham Museum. Then head on to Hoian. Stay overnight in Hoian.
 
Day 11: Hoian – My Son – Hoian (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit My Son (The World Cultural Heritage), the Holy Land of Cham people lying in a wooded valley near the Laos border. Then drive back to Hoian. In the afternoon you will visit the ancient town Hoian (The World Cultural Heritage), take a walking tour of this attractive town, visiting ancient merchants’ houses, Hokkien temple, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. You will be free to explore the old town at night. Stay overnight in Hoian.
 
Day 12: Hoian – Qui Nhon (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave Hoian for Qui Nhon. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Upon arrival in Qui Nhon, check in hotel. Stay overnight in Qui Nhon.
 
Day 13: Qui Nhon – Nha Trang (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will check out of the hotel to visit Quy Hoa beach and Banh It Towers of the Cham people then move to Nha Trang. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Upon arrival, check in hotel and free at your own leisure to explore Nha Trang. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
 
Day 14: Nha Trang (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will move to the harbor for a boat cruise to Nha Trang bay then back to Nha Trang to visit the Oceanic Museum. After lunch you will take a city tour, visit the Ponagar Tower and hot spring water. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
 
Day 15: Nha Trang – Dalat (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Dalat, a highland city in Central Vietnam. Check in hotel and take a city tour of the beautiful city. Stay overnight in Dalat.
 
Day 16: Dalat (B)
Enjoy the whole day to visit and explore Dalat. Stay overnight in Dalat.
 
Day 17: Dalat – Saigon (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Saigon. Upon arrival in Saigon, check in hotel. Stay overnight in Saigon.
 
Day 18: Saigon – Cu Chi tunnels – Tay Ninh – Saigon (B/L)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the extraordinary Cu Chi tunnels. Cu Chi where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing a web-like tunnel system used to be the shelters of the guerrillas during the war against American troops. On the way, you will have chance to see rural people live and work, view occupations such as cashew nut farming, duck breeding, rice farming and production of rice paper, a key ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Onwards to the Holy See Temple at Tay Ninh to see an extraordinary ceremony practiced by the Cao Dai religious sect at noon. Return to Saigon. Visit Notre Dame Cathedral, China Town, Binh Tay Market. Stay overnight in Saigon.
 
Day 19: Saigon – Can Tho (B/L)
Drive from Saigon to Can Tho – the biggest city in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, check in hotel. Free at your own leisure to explore Can Tho. Stay overnight in Can Tho.
 
Day 20: Can Tho – Saigon (B/L)
Take a boat trip from Ninh Kieu dock to visit Cai Rang Floating Market (one of the biggest and busiest floating markets in the Mekong Delta), where many different fruits and vegetables are being sold and bought by local people who come to the market in very early morning. Drive back to Saigon. Stay overnight in Saigon.
 
Day 21: Saigon Departure (B)
After breakfast, you will be free until transferred to Tan Son Nhat Airport for flight back home sweet home.
