Day 1: Saigon Arrival (D)
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, you will be picked up and transferred to hotel for check in. Dinner and stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 2: Saigon City Tour (B/L)
After breakfast, you will start visiting the Reunification Palace, the former Independence Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam, then the War Remnant Museum, the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post office. In the afternoon, you will visit Ben Thanh market, Cho Lon, China Town. Then you will visit Giac Lam pagoda, one of the oldest and finest pagodas in Saigon. Stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 3: Saigon – Can Tho (B/L)
After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and head south to Cai Be floating market. Upon arrival, you will get on board a boat for a journey through the town’s floating market. Cruise through a secluded canal over the Mighty Mekong to the island where you will stop to enjoy seasonal fruits before getting to Vinh Long where you get back on the coach for the trip to Can Tho – the heart of Mekong Delta. Stay overnight in Can tho.
Day 4: Can Tho – Saigon (B/L)
Start up early for a boat trip to Cai Rang floating market, then come a long distance cruise and walk on a quiet country road to take in the magnificent scenery and get close to the locals as they go about their daily activities. Take lunch on the way back to Saigon. Stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 5: Saigon – Flight to Nha Trang (B)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to airport for flight to Nha Trang. Nha Trang is well known for its beaches and scuba diving and has developed into a popular destination attracting large numbers of international tourists, as well as more affluent travellers on the Southeast Asia circuit; it is already very popular with Vietnamese tourists, with Nha Trang Bay widely considered as among the world's most beautiful bays. Break the journey at Phan Rang to visit the 13th century Po Klong Jarai Cham Towers perched high on a rocky hill surrounded by prickly pear cacti. After Phan Rang follow Highway One up the coast past salt ponds and vivid green rice fields to Nha Trang. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to hotel for check in. Free and relax. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 6: Nha Trang (B/L)
Take a morning boat trip on Nha Trang bay to visit some of the nearby islands. There are opportunities to swim and snorkel in the clear warm waters. After a fresh seafood lunch at one of the islands in the bay, return onshore for a short afternoon city tour including the Po Nagar Cham Towers, Long Son Pagoda with its enormous white Buddha statue and the lively Dam Market. Free at your own leisure to explore Nha Trang at night. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 7: Nha Trang – Danang – Hoian (B)
After breakfast, transfer to Cam Ranh Airport for departure to Danang. You will be transferred to visit Cham Museum, Marble Mountain then drive to Hoian – a World Heritage site. Check in hotel upon arrival. In the afternoon, take a walking tour of Hoian, discover the ancient town which used to be a prosperous seaport city during the 16th to 18th centuries. Visit Hoian local market, Tan Ky old house, Chinese Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese covered bridge. Stay overnight in Hoian.
Day 8: Hoian – Hue (B/L)
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Hue which between 1802 and 1945 was the imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty. Hue is well known for its historic monuments, which have earned it a place in UNESCO's World Heritage Sites. The seat of the Nguyen emperors was the Citadel, which occupies a large, walled area on the north side of the Perfume River. Inside the citadel was a forbidden city where only the emperors, concubines, and those close enough to them were granted access. Take a stop to visit Lang Co beach at Hai Van Pass. Upon arrival in Hue, you will visit Royal Citadel,the Imperial Museum then Tomb of King Khai Dinh. Stay overnight in Hue.
Day 9: Hue – Hanoi City Tour (B)
Take a morning flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be transferred to Hanoi for a city tour. The ancient city is a home of numerous interesting cultural sites such as the old citadel of Hanoi, Temple of Literature, Ethnology Museum. Enjoy Water Puppet show. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 10: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will check out of the hotel at 8.00am and move to Halong city. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed aboard a junk with a complimentary drink and check in your cabin. A seafood lunch will be served and cruise on Halong Bay to visit the famous karsts including Mat Qui (Monsters' face) islet, But Moc islet, and Cap De islet, as well as Trong (Drum) and Trinh Nu caves and a floating fishing village for insight into a unique way of life. Explore Luon cave with plenty of time for swimming and sun bathing. Enjoy a beautiful sunset dinner and relax under the starlit sky before retiring to the comfort of your cabin. Stay overnight on board in the Bay.
Day 11: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)
Early risers can enjoy a serene morning view of Halong Bay's landscapes with a cup of tea or coffee and fresh fruit. From the upper deck of the junk you will be amazed at the breathtaking beauty of the rocky islands rising up from the crystal-clear water. Explore the Sung Sot (Amazing) cave for an hour, then swim and relax at Titop beach before cruising back to the mainland at 9.30am while enjoying a brunch buffet from 10.30am to 11.30am. Disembark the harbor around noon and drive back to Hanoi. Check in hotel. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 12: Hanoi – Departure (B)
You will be free and relax until transferred to airport for your flight back home sweet home.
