Day 1: Hanoi arrival (D)
Upon arrival, you will be picked up at the airport and then transferred to hotel for check in. Relax until a delightful Vietnamese dinner in one of Hanoi's most charming restaurants. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi city tour (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, start your city tour with the Temple of Literature – Vietnam's first university established in 1076, the Hanoi Old Citadel and have lunch in one of Hanoi's famous restaurants. In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Ethnology, the famous Old Quarter, Dong Xuan market, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and enjoy the Vietnamese traditional water puppet show. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)
After breakfast, leaving Hanoi by road for Halong Bay cruise, enjoy drive though the rural area with view of rice paddy field in the Red River Delta. Upon arrival, check in Vietnamese wooden cruise in Halong Bay. Journey along the spectacular limestone islands, floating villages while having lunch with seafood, then disembark to visit 'Sung Sot' or Surprising Cave, one of the most beautiful grottos in Halong Bay. The next stop is Titop Island where you could swim on sandy beach or climb up to the top for panoramic view. Dinner will be served on board with seafood dishes. Stay overnight on cruise in Halong Bay.
Day 4: Halong Bay – Danang – Hoian (B/L)
A breakfast will be served on board with the combination of western style and local cuisines. Then experience the Bay up close and personal with a leisure sampan to "Hang Luon" or "Lagoon Cave". Continue to Halong City while having brunch. Upon arrival at the harbor, you will be transferred to Noi Bai Airport for flight to Danang. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Hoian. Stay overnight in Hoian.
Day 5: Hoian (B)
After breakfast, explore Hoian by walking through the quaint streets of this heritage town, which remains much the same as it was 200 years ago. After a delicious lunch, the afternoon is free for you to relax with the car and guide at your disposal. Browse for souvenirs in the eclectic array of art galleries and silk shops. Enjoy a cup of coffee at a local cafe or cycle to the nearby Cua Dai Beach. Stay overnight in Hoian.
Day 6: Hoian (B)
After breakfast, depart for a half-day cooking class at Tra Que, a charming village in Hoi An's rustic outskirts which supplies vegetables to kitchens all over the country. Spend the morning working with the villagers as they show you the ways to harvest and prepare fresh vegetables for meals. Cook a lunch of Vietnamese dishes with your hosts before enjoying the fruits of your labor. Return to Hoian town for a leisurely afternoon. Stay overnight in Hoian.
Day 7: Hoian - Nha Trang (B)
A short flight southwards leads you to Nha Trang, Vietnam's beautiful bay known for its golden stretches of sand, crystal clear waters and idyllic islands. Check into hotel. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 8: Nha Trang (B)
Spend the day at your leisure. Sample the fusion cuisine at the resort's restaurant, pamper yourself with the rejuvenating treatments at the signature on your hotel or snorkel/dive the turquoise waters to view the magnificent marine life. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 9: Nha Trang – Saigon (B)
After breakfast, drive to Saigon. Upon arrival, you will be taken on an orientation tour of the city, cruising past highlights such as the Presidential Palace, War Remnants Museum, the colonial Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure to discover this bustling city at your own pace. Stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 10: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon (B)
After breakfast, you will start to visit My Tho, the capital of Tien Giang Province. Situated on the Mekong River, 75 kilometers southeast of Ho Chi Minh City, the city is surrounded by orchards and rice fields, which produce grain for the entire country. Visit one or two of the islands that produce traditional handcrafts, coconut candy and bee farms. Visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, the oldest one in the delta on your boat trip on the Mekong River. Return to Saigon. Relax and stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 11: Saigon – Phu Quoc (B)
Free at your own leisure until transferred to the airport for flight to the sleepy and beautiful island of Phu Quoc. Stay overnight in Phu Quoc.
Day 12, 13, 14: Phu Quoc (B)
Spend the next three nights in the perfectly laidback surroundings of Phu Quoc. Recommended touring options include diving and snorkeling trips to the outer lying reefs or a trekking excursion in the pristine rainforest of the island's interior. Stay overnight in Phu Quoc.
Day 15: Phu Quoc – Saigon – Departure (B)
Coming to the end of your honeymoon, enjoy some free time before you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Saigon then connect your flight back home sweet home.
