Day 1: Saigon Arrival (D)
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel for check in. If time permits you will take a short city tour of Saigon in the afternoon. Dinner and stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 2: Saigon City Tour (B/L)
After breakfast, you will have half day exploring the city by visiting Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace of South Vietnam before 1975. You’ll visit War Remnant Museum, where you can see countless artifacts, photographs and pictures documenting about the second Indochina war. Then stop at Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post office to get our good shots for your memory of the biggest city in Vietnam. Delicious lunch will be served at a restaurant. Rest of the day is free for you to relax. Stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 3: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon (B/L)
Heading out of the bustling city, you will travel along rice field to My Tho, one of Mekong Delta province. Upon arrival in My Tho, you will get on a boat navigating around the small canals in the delta which pass My Tho fruit market. Join in with daily activities of local people and enjoy the atmosphere of water world along the canal and along the Tien River. The exciting cruise continues to Unicorn Island, where you can taste many seasonal fruits and enjoy the local traditional music, performed by the islanders. Have lunch at a typical country garden house. Next stops are the coconut candy “mill” and some other local industries in Ben Tre province. Drive back to Saigon. Stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 4: Saigon – Da Lat (B/L)
After breakfast you will be transferred to Da Lat which is located 1,500m (4,900ft) above sea level on the Langbian Plateau in the southern parts of the Central Highlands. Dalat's year-round temperate weather, standing in contrast to central & southern Vietnam’s otherwise-tropical climate, has led it to be nicknamed the “City of eternal spring”. The average temperature is 14°C - 23°C. Mist covers the adjoining valleys almost year-round. There are two separate seasons in Dalat. The rainy season lasts from May to October, and the dry season is from November to April. Take a city tour before checking in hotel. Stay overnight in Da Lat.
Day 5: Da Lat (B)
Take a visit to the city with well-known site of mountains, valleys, waterfalls, lakes, French villas, etc. Stay overnight in Da Lat.
Day 6: Da Lat – Nha Trang (B)
After breakfast, move to Nha Trang. Nha Trang is well known for its beaches and scuba diving and has developed into a popular destination attracting large numbers of international tourists, as well as more affluent travellers on the Southeast Asia circuit; it is already very popular with Vietnamese tourists, with Nha Trang Bay widely considered as among the world's most beautiful bays. Break the journey at Phan Rang to visit the 13th century Po Klong Jarai Cham Towers perched high on a rocky hill surrounded by prickly pear cacti. Check in hotel upon arrival. Afternoon is free time for you to relax on the beach or swimming pool for sunbathing or explore the city. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 7: Nha Trang (B/L)
Enjoy a boat trip to visit the bay in the morning. Afternoon is free time for you to relax on the beach or swimming pool for sunbathing or explore the city. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 8: Nha Trang – Flight to Danang – Hoian (B)
After breakfast, move to the airport for a short flight to Danang. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Hoian. Hoian, also Faifoo, is a city on the coast of the East Sea in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. It is located in Quang Nam Province and is home to approximately 120,000 inhabitants. It is recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Hoian Ancient Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site. Check in hotel upon arrival and be free at your own leisure. Stay overnight in Hoian.
Day 9: Hoian Walking Tour (B)
Spend whole day as walking tour of the ancient city. Stay overnight in Hoian.
Day 10: Hoian – Hue (B/L)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Hue which between 1802 and 1945 was the imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty. Hue is well known for its historic monuments, which have earned it a place in UNESCO's World Heritage Sites. The seat of the Nguyen emperors was the Citadel, which occupies a large, walled area on the north side of the Perfume River. Inside the citadel was a forbidden city where only the emperors, concubines, and those close enough to them were granted access. Take a half day city tour to visit Hue. Stay overnight in Hue.
Day 11: Hue – Flight to Hanoi (B)
After breakfast, you will take a city tour of Hue. After lunch, you will be transferred to the airport for a short flight to Hanoi. Check in hotel upon arrival. Free at your own leisure. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 12: Hanoi City Tour (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, start your city tour with the Temple of Literature – Vietnam's first university established in 1076, the Hanoi Old Citadel. After lunch, visit the Museum of Ethnology, the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, the famous Old Quarter and Dong Xuan market. Enjoy the Vietnamese traditional water puppet show. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 13: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)
After breakfast, leaving Hanoi by road for Halong Bay cruise, enjoy drive though the rural area with scenic view of rice paddy field in the Red River Delta. Upon arrival, check in Vietnamese wooden cruise in Halong Bay. Journey along the spectacular limestone islands, floating villages while having lunch with seafood, then disembark to visit 'Sung Sot' or Surprising Cave, one of the most beautiful grottos in Halong Bay. The next stop is Titop Island where you could swim on sandy beach or climb up to the top for panoramic view. Dinner will be served on board with seafood dishes. Stay overnight on cruise in Halong Bay.
Day 14: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)
A breakfast will be served on board with the combination of western style and local cuisines. Then experience the Bay up close and personal with a leisure sampan to "Hang Luon" or "Lagoon Cave". Continue to Halong City while having brunch. Upon arrival at the harbor, you will be transferred to Hanoi. Check in hotel upon arrival. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 15: Hanoi – Departure (B)
Relax until transferred to Noi Bai Airport for your flight back home sweet home.
